REFUNDS:
Prior to the Close of Registration Period:
Individuals seeking to cancel their registration before the registration deadline will be eligible for an account credit, with a deduction of a $50 administration fee.
After the Close of Registration Period but Before 31st May, 2026:
Individuals desiring to cancel their registration after the registration deadline but before May 31, 2026, will be entitled to an account credit, subject to a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after 31st May, 2026.
In the event of an injury preventing a player from participating, the Club Board will exercise discretion. Typically, this circumstance may result in a credit applied to the player's fees for the subsequent season.
